yh i know this should be in the wanted section but i guess more people will read it here. im after the flywheel bolts that hold the fly wheel to the crank on a 2.0 8valve, the ones out of my 1.6 do not fit. i think there is 6 bolts. ive seen the arp ones on ebay but there about ?40, for 6 bolts which is a tad expensive i think. just saves me a day at the scrappy pissing about.
cheers

i think i have some - will look in the garage later.
Please DO NOT think about using 2nd hand fly wheel bolts, as if they fracture they could kill you/someone when a 10kg steel plate leaves the engine bay at 6000rpm.
Go to vauxhall, there about 90p each new. And they have them in stock.

why would a bolt just fracture seems a bit odd? why would that happen? but fair enough you do seem to know what your talking about. if vaux keep them ill go up on monday and get some. thanks anyway offplot.
There use once, stretch bolts. ;)
Ive re-used flywheel bolts loads of times, but if you havent got the old ones then you might as well just get some from vauxhall. Probably get them quicker than waiting for someone to mess about posting them out to you
