You mean posting from Tata?

I'm looking forward to Range Rovers having the same build quality as tata's awesome range:

where in Whitley are you? Got a few mates working there, although one is off to Eaton (manchester) V soon.

oh and Jim...... I think TATA will improve things as LR build quality certainly cannot get any worse lmao

is the chief designer at landrover the bloke who used to be at ibstock brick? or is it the bloke who drew the peugeot 309? cos in my opinion, the freelander looks like a 309 with a potato up its exhaust..............

read it & weep.... Gerry McGovern styled the freelander & worked as peugeot uk's chief designer in the early eighties.... I knew I hadn't made it up...

It might explain why the mk2 rangey looks a bit like the samba........

I also know the SEAT design bloke used to work at rover during the bmw years which might explain why the leon looked like a rover 25 with a bmw grille........

Not that I am trying to say car designers are lazy or anything

they all have a "theme" in their mind and will deviate mildly but funduhmentally their designes will be the same.

ps. the db7 was actually a rehash of the jag xjs using db5/6 design cues
