Standard back box Prices?

I'v been quoted ?29 at one local motor shop and ?28+VAT at another.

Are these prices OK because I seem to remember that people usually pay under ?20 for them.

If so, anyone know anywhere in the Bradford area I can get one?

I payed ?30 for one fitted a few years back. Was under the impression they're ?15-?20 unfitted also.

Yer thats what i thought. Though ?30 was just a little pricey to be honest for a pattern back box. Could be wrong.

There about ?20 to buy.
Most places are ?25-?30 fitted.

I paid ?28 fitted for a Corsa backbox at a local place, it was worth paying for the laugh i had when it took them an hour remove the old original backbox lol lol

Well the damage to the backbox I have now wasnt as drastic as I first thought, so I'v just welded a patch over the whole and it's done the trick. Quietended it down quite a bit.

It's been stood for ages and the cold and wet has just eaten away. Was in perfect nick about 6 weeks ago.

Should really still get one for the future, unless I go for a performance system.

try around abit mate im i the trade and the difference for the same part from different motor factors is crazy ie - the other week a family member of mine needed a new middle box for his renault from 1 place is was ?56 from another it was ?26
