Ive got a 2 year old one here but its sold.....

[edit] an alternative is get a LHD one & move it to the passenger side which also means the cable wont run along the bulkhead. Thats what I've done.

release cable - any scrap yard - speak to xxxnovaxxx.
cable - pop into any bike shop and ask for a length of brake/gear change cable - crimp some of the metal clasps on the end - job done.

Bike cables gonna be a bit on the short side, maybe a tandem cable at a push.
I've one sitting in my garage, you can have it for the cost of postage, only took it off due to fitting bonnet pins.

A tandem length will do it, get some solderless nipples & bolt them on, however I find that although the cable can corrode & become stiff, its the plastic lever mount that suffers. If it gets yanked off the A-pillar, the clips are ruined & the mount wont stay on the A-pillar any longer.

Keep the cables lubed guys & always pull on the lever whilst pressing the lever mount forward towards the bulkhead with your thumb.
