is there a difference between a mk1 and a mk2 bonnet? the reason i ask is cos i was trying to fit me mk2 grill to me mk1 and looked at pics of mk2,s too give me a clue. the bit that goes inside the grill has a kind of black lip at the top and it seems to sit infront of the bit of metal that has the vin plate on it. if i put the grill like this the black bit is still visable!! thats why i think the mk2 bonnet must be a little longer.

p.s. BEWARE OF BUYING PARTS FROM A GUY CALLED Nicholas Findlater THE GUY IS A RIP OFF MURCHENT. HIS PARTS ARE NOT HOW HE DESCRIBES THEM!!! :evil:

I think they're exactly the same m8, cant see any differences in them.

they are exactly the same. you just need to adjust it till it fits square and covers all the lower part.
