8v Engine Wanted

I'm after a 1200spi ideally, but will consider anything else as long as its 8v.

Must be a runner, no knocks or smoke preferably!

Its for my runaround so no big bhp etc required.

Anything upto ?80 considered and as close to Nottingham as possible

is it bare engine you are after

if its not a 1200 then I will need gearbox wiring and everything else, but if it is a 1200 then just an engine will be ok as I already have everything in the car and I can just swap the engine.

Basically its a 1.2spi and it has a really bad misfire, Ive checked all the obvious things and all the hassle that will be needed to repair it will be just as easy to get another engine.

Most annoying thing is, about a year ago I sold a complete gte engine, broke a 1.4sr engine and binned two 1200's! now I bloody need one! lol

i should have a 1.4 spi engine box loom ecu the whole lot out of a m reg astra 80thou miles when i take it out to drop a 2 ltr in its in a nova at the moment be ready to go by weekend 50quid im in peterborough
