Tie Bars

Does anyone know about the Tie Bars in the GSI/GTE.
Was there any other nova with the same tie bars. I saw on a 1.2 that they were thinner and not as strong.

As far as i know as standard the arb was cliped to the tie-bars, as for thickness im not sure but would have thought that they was the same.

So i was wrong... but i cant remember didnt at some point a model get a uprated arb, one of the early sr's?

Thicker tie bars yes, but I thought all the ARBs were the same size...?

No. ARB's came in 3 thicknesses. TD & 1.6 models got 22mm bars, theres 20mm & 18mm available too.
