Is the loom and ecu on the 1.4 16v the same as the 1.6 16v?

Some are, if the 1.6 16v is a x16xe and not a early c16xe.
But others have slight differences in some plugs(different number of wires to the knock sensor iirc)

its got echo on the engine top,

If its got Ecotec on the engine cover its a x14/16xe
