I make ecotec adapter plates for use in corsa conversions where the SFI box is too big, is there any power gains to be had from using 1 of these on a nova?, opinions welcomed........:thumb:

In a word, no.

I believe they have been tested and is some cases the engines lost a TINY bit of power and gained a bit of torque.

I only used them as they were a useful place to fit a nitrous injector.

i have a m-tec one fitted to mine they say they give you a bit of power
but i only noticed more noise and more room in the engine bay and a small increase in throttle response

As Mr Jonlem states, I have used and removed them, as I think they sound and drive better without them... they can lose you quite a bit of torque when you claclate through the range...

Mr Jonlem lol

You know me, I love products that work well with nitrous, what torque we may of lost we gained back, and some lol
