20xe Hesitating under load

Hi Guys

I was wondering if anybody could give me some pointers. I have a 20xe lump in nova and everything is running fine however, when i start the engine it ticks over sweet and and revs fine but as soon as i put it uner load it hesitates if i floor it it picks up but as soon as a change gear it goes it again, can anybody help thankshttp://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif

What fuel pump/tank you got fitted?

gsi tank and gsi external fuel pump

Have you got the ecu light wired in? Does it come on when it happens?

yes i have it wired in and it does not come on. I am low on fuel would that make a difference

i have the same problem, its like mine is overfuelling, gonna wire lambda sensor in and get a new induction pipe should help

scott, drain all the old ****ty petrol out of it, give it a full tank and some redex through it and it will be fine mate.

Well i have sorted it was a few things. First it was the sfi box was not screw down tight enough, second was the fuel pump was broken and then seized. Got new fuel pump and screwed down sfi box and well what can i say she goes very well.
