wheels - rolling radius

My GSI currently has the standard alloys and 175-65-14 tyres. If I change them for 16's with 195-45-16 tyres will I lose any acceleration.
Also, does anyone know any websites for working okay the rolling radius?

dunno where it might be in styleing,theres a post called 17" the truth,and someone explain what happens if you put 16 on.
