Putting hoses back in tailgate

K, I'm looking to re-thread my hoses and wires for the tailgate back into it but looking at the positions, it could be a faff.

Do any of you have any hints of how to geth them in easiily?

Need to get the hose to the top and the wires down one side to the bottom.

we use a long piece of wire (about 1 ? feet long) make sure its pretty sturdy but so that you can also bend it..
Make a little hook in the end and push it all the way though u can see it through a hole in the top part of the gate.. tie a wire u want pulled through to the hook and carefully tug at it.

You might have to have a couple of attempts at it cos the wire might slip of or some times the electrical connections get caught on things..
