smoken is very very adictive give your wheels a break
couldn't resist bud!
anyway is there not any obvious things like rubbin off bodywork?
did you or anyone else bump the car off anythin?
did ya fit any new suspension bits that cause the wheel rub the shock or spring cup?
as for the back.......ya didn't say front or back?
new wheels wrong offset?
too wide a tyre?
might have a new 1/4 panel not fitted spot on(causin one side to catch and not the other)
just a few ideas.........might be totally off da mark!

the wheel is smokin eh?

ok try this - drive it in a streight line then let go of wheel - im guessing it will pull to one side if so take the car back home and quickly undo the wheel bolts

then touch the brake disks / calipers :D

happened to mine - caliper was sticking so brakes were jammed on - nice smokey wheel and crap performance - needless to say i got it fixed :)

i'd also say dont drive it like that:

the metal your constantly heating / cooling is not supposed to be heated and cooled so you'll end up making it soft or brittle (cant mind which but both are bad) which could involve a hefty repair bill
