Thanks fellas , ive just recently bought a sr interior with the subframes already on the seat , what prep do i need to do to make them fitt , as in the rails that on on the car body do i remove the black plastic and its a case of there in or is it a bit of a b0llocks ? cheers Nath . also how do i fit the sun visors with the lights in is there a cable in the roof lining or do i have to find a feed for them and run the wire up the pillar ? . thanks :thumb:

I'm guessing you have a poverty spec interior at the mo? The subframes are part of the seats, so will all come out as one - undo the two bolts at the front (under the carpet) and slide the seat off the runners. Then slide the new one SR seats and subframes on and replace the bolts :D

Sun visors you can just splice into the wire for the interior light. Aside from routing the wire, fitment is exactly the same as the standard visors.

as you can see theres already a mechanism on the sr seat do i remove the bottom bit of the sr seat or remove the part in the second pick ?

from the pic the plastic part on the rail in the car stay's there as the seat sit's on that and the seat will fit on the same as the standard seat did

You dont remove anything.

Undo the bolts holding the front of the seats to the floor, then side the seats back and off the rails.
Then fit the new seats, slide them forward and bolt them in :)
