my gsi has been idleing like a bag of shite for a few weeks now and im fed up of havin to rev it at juctions an lites incase it stalls, ive been inspired by ades diy update an want to try cleaning up my idle control valve but dont know how to do this can some1 plz tell me b4 i break sumin tryin to solve the prob, idiot proof instructions would do fine

i have done them before with a toothbrush and a bowl of soapy water? dont know if its right but works!

I know it doesn't help, but my SR idles from around 850 - 2000, and when i say 200 i mean 2000 bang-on.
