Firstly i'll neeed to TRY and explain what part i'm talking about. It's a digi-dash, and i'm refering to the speedo section which is displayed similar to a typical calculator style. Well the number which shows the speed from say 0-9MPH and would go back to 0 at 10mph. If it makes sense. Like:

That "line" that is in red, flickers on and off sometimes. And if you give it a good knock with your knuckles it comes back up. I've only had the flipping dash about a week and it's only just started this.
Does this mean that it's on it's way out? Fixable?
Edit: apologies for the sh1ttest, most vauge description known to man. I know what I mean! :D
