They probably are discussing fuel prices, the general population is in uproar about the rising price of oil just as much as we are. Only difference is their pump price is lower than ours (~45% of their oil comes from non-OPEC countries; most of that percentage is via a cunning backhander from the Canadians); it has risen just as much though.
