anybody no what i can cut perspex with to the shape of windows??

when i cut it, i used an alloy blade in a jigsaw, with a constant flow of coolant flowing on it,
jigsaw on slow :P
air saw/angle grinder with a thin disc

Ive found angle grinder's with cutting blades melt it, could down to the 18k+ rpm tho lol i use a bandsaw to cut stuff like that.

some good s h i t :cool:
Dunno if thers any difference between cutting Perspex and Polycarb, but i cut some rear windows the other day from Polycarb, just used a jigsaw with a 'fine' blade, had no probs at all.
