it's not fraud you simply have no insurance if you do not declare mods
same with tax mot without it you have no insurance no matter how much you are paying

An insurance company will try everything to avoid paying out on a claim, so don't give them any reason to justify it.

They call this situation "Null and void" then you get done for having no insurance and get 6 points. Not worth it, is it?
