c20xe starting problems

right ive got a c20xe in me nova runs fine, and useally starts on the key (even from cold) but say like once a month sometime twice it just doesnt want to start, so i leave it 24 hours and it starts fine? wierd eh, can be very annoying can anyone help? thanks

yer turns over fine just doesnt want to start

it floods thats why it doesnt start and somtimes has a missfire at high revs? could be something to do with injectors, fuel rail or fuel regulater?
