2.0 cam belt

i am looking at buying a 2.0 nova if i did i would want to get the cam belt done as a peace of mind can you cange the cam belt kit with engine in or do you have to take engine out? cheers dan

Depends on skill. Its doable but if the water pump is seized, you may want to drop the engine off the drivers mount & lower it on a jack to get better access/bigger tools at the pump.
