oil cooler fitting

i've got a sandwich plate from a xe but the center of my c16se where the oil filter screws in is not removeable, or has no allen key center for removal... how do i fit a oil cooler to my engine?

where the oil filter screws in is not removeable,
it must be, the thread certainly isnt machined from the block casting.
