my mate has this nova and hes looking to sell it very soon and was just wondering what sort of price he'd be looking at getting for it? spec: mk1 with mk2 facelift. 2.0 8v out of a astra gte, standard apart from filter, rear disc conversion, drilled and grooved front discs, poly bushes all round. centre exhaust but may change to normal before he sells. bodywork absolutely MINT, not a spot of rust anywhere on the whole car!!! underneath undersealed and painted! car painted in rover nightfire red, originally a 1.3 sr shell. 5 spoke alloys with BF goodrich tyres, lowered 30mm. astra digi dash, electric windows and central locking, doors de locked. any rough ideas??? cheers :thumb:

nice clean car that. Id hazard a guess at about ?1500 - ?2000 maybe a tad more.

Thats sweet.just a few things tho.
Add a gsi front bumper demesh the grill a set of side skirts and a euro light on the passengers side at the raer (twin fogs) and job done.
If he does sell it to you for the right price good find fella.

p.s just noticed the silly scoop thing on the bonnet that needs to go to imho.

id be saying a grand aswell , to get anymore you would need to have pics of structural areas etc , remove the *younger* person styling parts etc

what interior does it have , where have the window surrounds gone if it was an sr shell ?

well a SR nova has black vinyl along the bottoms of the doors and bootlid, obviously when it was resprayed they were taken out!!! the interior will be full GSI when its for sale

As per usual, its worth what someone is willing to pay - me, personally, I'd only pay around ?700 tops for it as its untaxed, but some will pay more than twice that. BTW does it have MOT? If not, my top price would dip to ?5-600 lol

Stick it up with a price and see what interest you get, if none then drop that price a little. Assuming there's no rush to sell it...
