rear beam strengthening bar.

i have got a spare rear beam lying around and noticed it has an extra bar going through the middle that is bolted at each end, the one on my car doesnt, and im thinking of taking the bar out and putting it on my car, but i was wondering if its worth it and if it would make any difference to hanling and rigidity/strength etc?

Its an anti roll bar.
Apparently yeah its worth doing.
