im my car ive got two 12inch 1000watt subs, a 1400 watt amp running one and another 1000watt amp running the other the problem im having at the minute is the is one amp on constantly at the minute ive wired up a switch in the glove box for it but any ideas why it will be doing this? and how to cure it? thanks ian:thumb:

did you put the remote wire to both subs?

well the remote output on the radio has 2 wire connected to it so ive got a remote wire on each amp but off the same bit on the headunit if you know what i mean

one thing to try, the amp that works properly, run a wire from the remote spot on that to the remote spot on the other amp and see if it works properly then. if not then i'd say your amp has a problem.

does the non working amp have two remote slots? rem in and rem out?

no they both work fine but when i turn the ignition off/take out the keys one turns off no problem but the other stays on with power protected light on but the amp is still on with no keys in ignition or anything

run the remote wire to one of the amps when use another remote wire 2 bridge the amps
