people with astra GSi vents, please read

I'm thinking of getting some for my car and I'm wanting to know where the best place to mount them is, I dont want them too near to the top or too close to the bottom so any 1 with these could you please give me some measurements of how far u put them from the top and from the side, will I also neet to cut through the strenghtening bars on the bonnet to fit them ??? cheers

No you won't need to cut through the strengthening bars to fit them. Fitting them as usual, but swapping them round (ie left on the right and right on the left) looks good. And slightly more different.

if you look under your bonnet i cut them in just below the strengthining bars that looks alright. ps don't cut the bars it makes your car fail it's mot

thanks people but I'v decided to take them to the bodyshop coz they'l need spraying any way and I'll get them to fit them to the bonnet
