To smooth or not to smooth..

I was thinking about taking off the rear badges on the weekend to give it a more smooth look. What do you guys think about this sort of mod? The main reason behind me doing it is the fact that teh badges have seen better days and are a little bit faded to say the least. So oppinions are welcome as always!:thumb:

just no. a nova is a beautiful thing and should be kept standard. you must not violate it with these 'smoothings' that you speak of. if you need new badges please obtain the correct items from a dealer and make your nova look like new.

yes get rid of the badges and the bump strips if you still have them

Keep badges & bump strips IMO. Remove them & freshen them up, put back on.

In a field full of Novas you'd be in the minority if you kept them (ie 'different' which is what everyone is trying to achieve.

lol talk about spitting a group, im really unsure about what to do, i mean i like the look with them off, but i do like it with them on, but i thinks its mainly because they are so faded, they are no longer black they are actualy a grey-ish colour.

easy then take them off and smooth them untill you can find/get some new ones

Remove and bin them. Looks cluttered with them in place.

The badges were always far to big in my opinion, remove them - carefully.

Just don't go sticking GSI badges on it FFS!!!!!

deffinatly gonna go with the smooting, was going to do it today (have some time of college) but i woke up today to the sound of rain, and it hasnt stoped, so i dont think i will be going out there today lol. will post piccys when i do though. Thanks for the input guys!
