Five stud conversion

What i need to now is what is involved in making my 1.5td nova a five stud conversion cos i've seen a set of wheels that i really want but they only come in five stud what is involved or is it just a matter of buying a set of cav or vectra hubs and fitting them in the place of my 4 stud hub and putting the new bearing in or is there more involved than this
p.s will my drive shafts still fit to the hubs or will i need to change the c.v joints to the biger cav or vectra ones and can this be done????

you can buy a conversion plate that just bolts onto your four studs and then the five stud wheels to that, i think PVD do one? but they are definately availble
