They look like a stickerd version of my ta technix, but with blue adjuster rings too

If thats what they are then theyre good for the money, quite stiff but thats what i like :D

Seeing as suspension is possibly THE most important aspect of a sporting Nova, I'd say spend as much as you can.

Having poor suspension on my car almost drove me to suicide.

Spending more now could save you money in the long run!
