what should i get body shop to do....

I'll be taking my car to a body shop to get my damage fixed(when the old woman went up my arse) and i'm thinking what else i could have done at the same time, so they might include it in the whole package, maybe do a good deal, what else should i have done? I'm goign to ask them to fix -60mm lowering spring, i'm also getting them to take off the vynal, ive heard it's a **** to take off, should i get arches rolled so when i get some alloys i have a wider range to choose from, what else could i have done?
any ideas would be great!

yeah but dont they charge a bomb for doing that? I might be able to get my mate to do it for me, or with me helping him, he's putting a evo bonnet vent on me baby, ?53 for vent, then how ever much for filler, better then what some places are charging to do it!

seem to recall its a 1.2i mk2? (I think) - go for colour coded bumpers, rolled arches, get hold of some side skirts and a spoiler (unless u have them already) and get it derusted.
Get them to tidy the car up - derust the underside and inner bits - you'll be amazed whats lurking. All well and good getting them to add bits but no use whatsoever if the car dies from rust in hiddn areas - treat them - that way your car will last longer giving you more time to mod it and think about what YOU really want for YOUR car rather than just slapping bits on in a rush just for the sake of it!

yar ade, its a J-1992 1.2i Mk2, Luxe plus, nothing on it at mo, only mods ive done is seat covers and sunstrip, getting a new exhaust and air filter induction kit fitted on tuesday, feel bit bad as im using money i aint got yet, altho my m8 'novatec' is convincing me its a good idea!
Anyone want a exhaust system from cat back for ?70, only been used for a month.
I'm getting it de-vynaled then alloys, oh i dunno what im going to do, ill just get me mate to tell me what to do, seems easier.

definately get your arches done. At -60mm you will be very limited otherwise.

yeh get any rust sorted,coz that small bit will grow very quickly.so dont have any small bits.
and remember its your car so do what you want with it,dont let ya m8 tell u wot to do.
