the spigot bearing sits in the end of the crank and the g/box input flange sits in it, hope that helps

I had a right struggle getting hold on one, couldn't find one any where original or otherwise.
It is a needle roller bearing, outer O/D 21.0mm, I/D 12.0mm and @ 17mm thk.
Finally Duick got hold of one for me, contact hime vis PM
I did source a O/D 21.0mm, I/D 15.0mm 17mm thk and had a sleeve ground to suit, was just about to fit it when Duick got one for me, it is available if you're stuck! ?15 posted

/\/\ Thats the PNG club spirit!
sounds like a clutch release bearing to me. The only other thing could be thrust bearings which set the crank endfloat.

Spigot bearing sits in the end of the crank, and the "spigot" on the mainshaft of the gearbox goes into the centre of the bearing, it provides support for the main shaft of the gearbox.
The release bearing is a clutch item, obviously!

I'll see what I can do!
if you can get the old bearing out, then a decent bearing shop should be able to get one..........or a decent tuning shop SBD etc...
when I last did one, i tried the old 'fill the hole with grease & hammer a stick in' trick. Well, that wasted 20mins & got all the grease over me!!!!!
we then took the rollers out & ran a line of weld round inside it. upon cooling down, it popped out...
Surely it is the same on the 1200/1400 as the f13 box fits straight onto a 1300, & you can never blame gm for changing thinks for the sake of it

"if you can get the old bearing out, then a decent bearing shop should be able to get one..........or a decent tuning shop SBD etc..."
It is a non std size, see previous post, can get one with O/D OK but ID is 15.0mm not 12.0mm.
"we then took the rollers out & ran a line of weld round inside it. upon cooling down, it popped out..."
That method works a treat! although I used an internal puller/slide hammer, having removed the rollers, etc
Try Chris at http://www.allittmotorsport.co.uk/ I'm sure he'll be able to help one way or the other.

The bearing was originally made by INA bearings, but was a special. See the page it looks like the image on the page below.
http://www.ina.com/content.ina.de/en/ina_fag_products/productinformation/rotativ_products/drawn_cup_needle_roller_bearings/drawn_cup_needle_rollerbearings.jsp
I didnt realise there was a bearing in there. EPC lists part #90209134 as a replacement for the one thats no longer stocked.

The spigot bearing is part number 2 in the diagram, it actually sits in the end of the crank. The end of the input shaft for the transmission sits in it after it has gone through the clutch
