Lovely pictures, have you used a filter on the camera or is it added with photoshop after? I'm expecting a new camera to arrive today :)
The wing just looks plain massive in the first picture. On the third one down, it looks like there is a steam train in the distance on the left!
lol that was a bonfire in the background.
Normal pics (no lens filters), bracketed exposure and combined with a HDR program. I'm not totally happy with them as they've come out a little grainy, but my camera struggles a bit with backlit images. They're not completely aligned either, but thats because I was lazy and didn't use a tripod :D
Stop pic whoring your car Jackolas...it makes me want to buy one
nice pics, where abouts were they taken??
Ham Hill, nowhere particularly exotic lol
Mike, you know you want one :D

Thought I recognised the view. Couldve been a steam train.
Look good anyway, just another effect.
Mike, you know you want one :D
I know i do :D our mates got a white ST185 lovely motor aswell, but the 205's are luvrly :D
Is HDR the process of stacking about 4 photos of the same item, but with differant camera settings to produce a slightly sureal image?
Oh, yea, car look alright too ;)

Yep, although usually its just three (one normal, one over exposed and one under exposed). Most half decent digicams come with AEB, Auto Exposure Bracketing, where you line up the pic you want and the camera takes the three pics at different exposures.
You then combine them and can pick out highlights, colours, saturations, balances etc to give the surreal look.
