four branch and top hose problem

Hi all

Iv just fitted a four branch manifold to my nova sri my old manifold had a head shelid but this hasnt. So im worried about my top hose getting hot and weak.

Soo..

Do i not need to worry about it

Or is there anything out there to top this like a seelve for the hose or soming.

i know of no one with a four branch that has a heat shield and equally ive never heard of anyone having a problem so i wouldnt worry about it mate
