any ideas what cam would be the best to use for a 1.4 bottom end and 1.3 head with a 32/34 webber carb? thanks in advance :)

it all depends how lairy you want the engine to eb and if you're bothered about poorn low rev performance
you could go for a tarmac rally cam, which uis as big as i would go tbh
but fi you want it to drive wel low down then try to stay under 280 IMO
Kent AST2 for ncie all round performance or a Piper BP300 for comedy fun (and if setup right neither will idle badly and neither will give a vtec yo feeling either lol)

I had the piper bp285 with the same set-up, resulting in 95bhp (fly). It was quite well mannered around town at low revs, and pulled well all the way to 7000rpm.

that#'s encouraging as i'm abut to gver 290 degrees :S
