Nova 1.5 TD Izusu Torque Settings

As title says really, if anybody could tell me where to find the torque setting sofr the head bolts of the 1.5 TD izusu engine, that would be much appreciated.

The torque settings for the head bolts alone are:

Stage 1 40 nm or 30 lbf ft

Stage 2 Angle tighten a further 60 to 75 degrees

Stage 3 Angle tighten a further 60 to 75 degrees
