removal of front bumper

can somebody please write down a step by step guide on removing the front bumper please as ill be removing it tomorrow and id rather use your great experience in this matter as to the heavy handedness of my experience in a scrap yard, cheers.

small bumper-inside the wheelarch theres two 15(?) mm bolts that secure the metal brace to the car,(at the "back" of the arch) undo all four and slide bumper forward. for the deeper bumpers you may have to undo the bolts to the brackets on the wings, hope this helps

As above.
I find undoing the two 13mm nuts on the back of the bumper(remove the grill) is easier though.
And aye, the four 10mm bolts in the inner wings holding the sides on.
