Ive recently bought a ashley side exit backbox and was having severe trouble getting it to fitt , i got the old zorst off and was ready to put the ashley one on , it seems that when i slide the backbox on the middle section it wont go in far enough and the hanging bracket is a couple of inches away , i seriously think the zorst was off a left hooker the tail pipe points to the left , any ideas on how to fitt it , should be fairly easy but tbh im finding it difficult , thanks Nath .

Side exit as in tailpipe in front of the rear wheel?

Or do you mean angled tailpipe, Mk1 style?

[edit] AFAIK all Novas/Corsa A's had the tailpipe on the same side, NSR corner. Mk1 tailpipe points out to the left...
