Sorry to hijack this post but would a set off 15@s with et35 fit a mk1 lowered on coilovers?

4x108 will deffo not fit

the offset is pushes the wheel 14mm further to the arch

depends on width and tyre profile, so possibly

I'm guessing dual PCD, 4x100/108.

I'd say et35 is too low on 17s.

dual pcd with 4x100 will be fine yeah

width and tyre profile is a concern though

Ill say no!

They might go under the rear but they'll stick out the front arches.

ET35 15's would possibly go on

Either way the wrong offset will make it tramline like a byatch.

Mk2's have slimmer arch lips than a mk1, so its more likely a wheel will rub on a mk1.

17"s on a Nova is just wrong anyway.

i got 4x100 Et35 17" with 205 tyres fitted on my nova mk2 hatch with rolled and pulled arches only slightly pulled out. fit nice but can never have anything in the back or turn corners at more than 2 mph as it will rip the front wings off

17's will obviosuly bolt on if theyre the correct stud pattern, but you will spend ages pissing around to stop them rubbing, if you role the arches it'll obviosuly help but they will need flairing out a fair bit too, this isnt really achivable DIY as you wont be able to flair the arches properley, if you get it done properley though i think that you'll be able to get them to fit and let the car remain usable.

It depends on what et they are mate, i had some 15" TSW Apex r's on mine which were et 45, they had 195/45/15 tyres and they rubbed, i had to roll the back arches loads and the fronts too, that was on minus 60mm on the back and coilovers on the front which were probably about 55/ 60mm, they didnt rub unless you were 4 up and caning it, which obviosuly isnt a good idea anyway.
