I was told that if i want more power out of my 1.2 nova, then a good modifcation to do would be to buy a webber carb with bolt on k&n air filter.
I am firmiliar with the bolt on air filter but could anyone give me advice on the webber carb?
What exactly does it do ?
Can I easily fit it to a standard 1.2 nova ?
Is there a cetain type i'd need to buy?

thanks.

best bet is to get a 32/34 you can get direct replacment carbs from Peter Loyd rallying with base plates. just bolts on

A 32/34 will be much better with a 1.3 manifold as that's designed for a twin choke carb, whereas the 1.2 manifold is designed for a single choke.

There used to be a single choke alternative for the 1.2, the weber 36TLP, I had one on my last 1200 and it certainly made a big difference.
