need some help please read!!!!!

im looking to buy a 2litre nova but obviously cant afford the insurance as im only 18 so i will probably get a "1.2" how do i get round MOT etc. will the mechanics care? i just dont want to spend all my money on a car that will get taken off me after the first MOT please let me know if you have a conversion and how you manage it cheers

what do you mean "get round the mot"...?? if you mean after you've eventually fitted a 2litre you'll be fine providing the car is road leagal and its been done properly... you don't have to do an sva or anyhting like that. just re-register the car as a 2litre on the log book.
