whats the going rate?

whats the going rate of 60mm jamex lowering springs and shocks?
also how much do 40mm lowering kits go for?
all second hand and if just lowering 40mm would you have to do the shocls aswell?

Springs + dampers = ~?100, probably a bit less.
40mm springs = ?50

You can get away with 40mm springs on standard dampers, but don't expect it to be good as >15 year old dampers will be knackered anyway.
