Hi....iv put a rear disc set up on my nova (been told we will prob end up takin it off!) and on the passenger side the handbrake cable is way too long.

Has anyone had this problem?? it seems fine from the passenger side to the adjuster in the middle, and from there to the lever.

Just wondering if theres a cable off a different car thats to be used or if its come with the wrong cable on it?

Cheers people

I've just put a disc conversion on mine & used new cables.

I got mine from a motor factors. FIRSTLINE cables.

part nos FKB1000 & FKB1030. One of them is a std Nova (long) cable & the other a mk2 Cav (short) cable.

Cheers mate.....so you just need the standard long nova cable and a standard cav short one?

And can these be off any model ov cav/nova?
