As above
Preferably without cutting the splitter in half.
Any pics too? :)

i fitted one to a mk2 bumper. used a heat gun to warm it and make it supple and used self tapping screws to screw it on. didnt cut it...

i used self tappers instead of bolts incase it caught something and decided to rip the entire bumper off...

So you can get it to fit without shortening it?
Did you need cut the ends so they didnt overlap the bumper?

I fitted one to a pov. spec mk2 bumper without cutting, so width wise it will be fine. Only problem I can see is the underside of a GSi bumper curves a fair bit before theres a nice level surface to mount to - might stick out funny if mounted on the front edge, like its got a fat lip lol

Might be hard to see, but theres no cut and the vent sit right IMO. Never saw a reason for cutting it...

sorry to hi-jack.. but does this mean you can rmeove a splitter form a laguna bumper and fit it onto a nova gsi without chopping it in half?

Thats what im trying to find out lol
Test fitting it earlier, it looked way to long to fit imo.Maybe because pov bumpers are different.

Yea, the ends are cut down quite a bit, but I perfered that to a line in the middle.

From memory I cut about 6 triangles out on the corners to help it on the tight curve of a nova bumper. Then it was just a case of approx 16-20 self tappers.

I drilled the middle bit to the centre of the bumper and screwed a scew in. then worked outwards.

I just cut mine in the middle because i'm a pikey and couldn't see any other way of doing it.

i didn't need to cut it... it was on a standard mk2 bumper though... i just used a heat gun to make it supple. good luck!
