Write off rip off

that womans insurance company are charging me ?184 to keep my car. They valued it at ?920 and are sending me a cheque for ?736 coz they have taken off ?184 for salvage value so i can keep car, i havent said if i wanna keep it to them(which i do anyway) but theyt are still charging me. Ive been on parkers price guide website and found that A1 condition is valued at ?1080. So ive printed that off and sending it to them.
Is there any way i can bring the salvage value down?
I'm well p!ssed off now!

try contacting a couple of salvage companies and see what they charge for salavaging cars etc...

that salvage figure sounds about right normally 20% of book value.

has it been stored.... when i recovered and stored my own car it only cost ?50 to buy back not back cause they payed out ?3200
