facking insurance company of woman who crashed into me is taking da p!ss, been 3 weeks till assor came round to asses damage, still not got the report dun yet, i need lots of nasty but clean things to say to them to get em to give meh my muny! cant remember the name but there is a like a national company set up by the government like a watchdog type thing. lke nominet is for telecommunications.

I had a similar problem when I got bumper, nothing was being done, after complaing to the insurance company, things went through instantly (and I mean within half an hour of me phoning, everything was arranged)
