Just browsing on youtube, found several vids on the subject, thought Id put a link up to one, Just mind blowing how much them things rev, also good to see out of a car and see what actually goes on inches behind the drivers!

thats at video i was expecting when i read the thread title,was waiting for it to be thread of pictures like "back to the repost" etc etc

When you watch F1 on TV you can't hear the boom when they change up the gears, been to the Goodwood Festival of Speed twice and Silverstone Grand Prix once and it's like a clap of thunder, although after 5mins you're deaf and can't hear it any longer. Awesome!

My mate works for Bridgestone Motorsport, and goes to every F1 test and all the GP2 races...

I often feel like i got a hard deal when he did the exact same degree as me...

They took a 2003 F1 car round Knockhill (!!) a couple of years back. Absolutely fantastic about as close as you're ever likely to get to one of them things moving!! Was deaf for hours afterwards.
