engineers report

Has anyone else had to have an engineers report? I have been told ive got to have one on my nova to check that the work is safely done, even though i said that the suspension & brakes were done at a garage and the skirts were fitted at a bodyshop! Its just so that the NFU will insure me, sounds abit daft to me. Thought they were just for engine conversions and really big changes. :confused:

Yeah, so did i. Thats really odd! Most reputable garages should be able to issue you an engineers report for a few quid mate.
