Well finaly got some motivation to comence work on my nova again..maybe its the weather or something in the water.. i duno lol

started today of with puttin it on sonme steelies so that i can sell th 14s and get my 15s nite.. then 2 Mates came round for a quick window and light swap..

well todays been abit of a dodgy day, start of this morning feeling abit sick, and frustrated(i duno why), had to sort alot of crab out for my new job. pay some bills and buy a bag and packup box lol...
then i dug my exhaust put of the garage with the intentions of cleaning it up and painting it,, so of i went to halfords to get some paint, and as you do was browsing at teh diff colour paints when my mum who had now stopped looking at the pink wheels and stuff spotted this realy nice colour.. i duno if you can call it grey or black lol.. its abit of a mistery colour lol...
wel i ended up buying a few tins and some plastic primer...

Whipped my rear bumper off gave it a wesh, dryed it keeped it woit some wet n dry, washed it n dryed it again..
then i primerd it(bloody hard job in the wind lol)

Dont leave that wing to dry in the cold :thumb: and certianly dont leave outside over night tonight ;) if theres any frost or it drops below around 1 or 2 degree, the cold and/or forst will kill the gloss pigment of the paint and the paint will harden as a flat colour

well had a weekend of doign work on the car this weekend.. wa gettin sick of seein it lol.. so insted i went out and spent ?100 on beer friday went out at 6pm got in at 5am lol then gto woken up at 8.30 by a mate wanting this exhaust i was selling GREAT. couldnt get back to sleep so had a shower etc, then at dinner time another maet came to pic me up went to his.. got absoulutly ****faced with the East yorks region of JOV and was woken up early again to se to for the spares day...


only when for the crack but as you do.. i bought some stuff..

the paint works in rather good nick for its age lee.. and look at the rear 1/4 thats not even close to been flame red even a 15year younger flame red..

Well this afternoon started with me making a start on my doors(well one anyway lol)
The corners had abit of surface rust so i ground it all back and treated it, then let it dry etc, and then came the etch primer, then fibre glass and filler as i got abit grinder happy haha..

currently on my nova the grab handle is painted in that rover colour but its a shocking job lol so i got one of my many spare ones(std never had paint on it) gave it a lick of primer(not alot just to cover it up didnt want the bobble texture to go)

You wont need laquer if its Flame Red - As its a solid colour
