Folks,

As most of you can work out the links in the usefull threads dont work.

What I (and I'm sure you do too) would like is for you the good people of PNLG to write howto guides for stuff you have done.

Ranging from the stupidly simple like changing a wheel to rebuilding an engine to whipping gearboxes appart etc.

Decent pictures, a proper write up with a list of tools needed, time taken (we arent going to guiness book of records pace so no need to show off lol), parts needed, part numbers where nessecary are all part of a good write up.

Also wanted are articles based either on theory or covering technical aspects of motoring (eg I'm trying to write one about braking and the effect/nessecity of bigger brakes).

We want to make this place a hub of Nova (Corsa A) information so go to it folks.

All I ask is that you post the article/guide with a suitable title, and then a week is given to review the guide etc with any adjustments others deem sensible/other methods. Once there is agreement on the guide it will then get locked and put into a new uesefull threads/how to thread.

sound ok? then get to it kids :)

Ash, take pics and add to the words I did for the FD swap guide yonks ago :)
Unfortunately the forum is gay and wont let me repost it as it exceeds the text limit for one post. But it is on VS for now http://www.vauxhall-sport-forum.com/phpBB2/viewtopic,p,8736.html#8736

might have to spread it over a couple of posts lol

There's a couple of good guides for electrifying nova mirrors. One from "Clean 2.0 Nova" on how to do it using Mk3 Cav/Calibra motors (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showpost.php?p=699615&postcount=11), and another by Duick on how to do it using Mk2 Cav motors (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showpost.php?p=699615&postcount=12)

Been meaning to do that one for a while. I will go and get my rose-jointed linkage one now and put that up. I belive that people have additions to make to that one as well.

Some decent guides being posted, good stuff.
The internal shifter is asked about quite a lot so will come in handy.
