I don't know the info you need, but surely the centre bore of the plate needs to be concentric with the original spindle, as it stands the axle/spindle centre line is forward of where it needs to be!

did they not come with instructions? i've only ever done one conversion and iirc the centre bore has to be opened up and new holes re-drilled.

1. Remove complete rear axle.
2. Remove the hub by undoing the four bolts behind it.
3. This exposes the nova mounting flanges.
4. These need the welds grinding out...
5. ... Before removing with a cold chisel (back end of beam pointing up in the pic)
6. Re-designed astra plates then fitted.
7. Clamp into place (pic taken at same angle as step 5, centre holes lined up for an even overlap)
8. Weld into place around edges (welder needs to be capable of penetraiting at least 8mm thick steel for a good weld)
9. Astra hub bolt holes drilled through into beam.
10. This bolt will be tricky to get in because the damper mount obscures the new hole.
11. Bolt the astra hub on.
12. Handbrake cable/bracket fitted.
13. Outer cable bracket from 16v astra needs welding to the beam here.
14. Both front outers held in ally bracket.
15. Threaded bar added to handbrake lever.
16. Brake on, brake lines re-fitted.

enlarged it in windows picture and fax veiwer... save the pic, find it and right click on it, choose open with from the menu.
